Stella Tree understands that sometimes things don't quite work out. We are happy to provide a 30-day return policy for in-store credit only.
- Must be within 30 days of purchase
- Product has not been worn, used or washed
- Tags are attached and product is in its original packaging
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return or exchange products. Stella Tree recommends using a shipping method with tracking to ensure your products gets to Stella Tree. Stella Tree is not responsible for lost packages.
- If you are sending a product back for a return, please note we only provide an in-store credit for the amount of the merchandise being returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE /FLAWED PRODUCTS
Stella Tree stands behind all of her products. If you think a product has a defect or material flaw, within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and email a photo showing the defect to: email@example.com
You may be asked to send the product back to Stella Tree. Once received, we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you, or a FULL STORE CREDIT, whichever you choose.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping details.
Please include in the email title your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
